At Koopha, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth process.

Returns

You may return any product purchased from Koopha within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The product is unused and unopened.

  • It is in its original packaging.

  • It is in the same condition as when you received it.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer care team at support@koopha.com.

  2. Provide your order number, the reason for return, and any supporting images if applicable.

  3. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or an incorrect product/variant was sent.

  • In the case of a defective or incorrect order, Koopha will cover return shipping costs.

  • For all other reasons, customers bear the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us immediately with photos and details.

  • Once approved, we will provide instructions and cover return costs.

  • You may choose a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for products of equal value.

  • If the new item has a higher value, you will need to cover the price difference.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may be non-returnable if:

  • They have been opened or used.

  • They show signs of damage not caused during shipping.

In rare cases, Koopha may issue a replacement without requiring the original item to be returned. However, if the replacement is also returned, both items must be sent back to qualify for a refund.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns, unless:

  • The item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • The wrong item was shipped, and a replacement is unavailable.

Koopha reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Updates will be effective immediately once posted on our website.
